Own product marketing and technical content across RZR’s UA, retargeting, CTV, and creative intelligence products. Responsibilities include positioning, messaging, launch GTM, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and hands-on production of technical marketing assets. The role partners closely with product, sales, and executives, uses AI-assisted workflows with quality controls, and may grow into management of the content and design pod.

Serve as the technical bridge between Sales, Customers, and Engineering to support pre-sales consulting and post-sales implementation of the company's DSP. Guide integrations, troubleshoot campaign/data issues, manage technical deployments (tracking, audience ingestion, reporting), and provide product feedback, documentation, and optimization recommendations.

Serve as the COO's trusted partner to translate strategy into executable plans, lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives, run analyses and decision memos, manage operating cadences, prepare executive materials, and drive outcomes without direct authority.

Lead and scale a global hunter sales organization to achieve net-new revenue targets. Build and execute non-gaming GTM, ABM, and tiered sales plans; enforce forecasting integrity, pipeline governance, and documentation. Hire, enable, coach, and ramp senior sales talent while creating feedback loops to Product to expand PMF and accelerate market penetration.

Own product positioning, competitive intelligence, and GTM strategy for retargeting, UA, and CTV. Build retroactive PRDs and competitive docs, enable Sales with battle cards and training, and align Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing for launches and roadmap decisions.

Lead global Customer Success to protect and grow a multi‑hundred‑million revenue base by driving retention, share‑of‑wallet expansion, first‑time‑right launches, forecast integrity, product feedback loops, and scaling a consultant‑minded CS organization across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Own and build the global commercial operating system: design territory and incentive models, improve forecasting accuracy, align GTM and marketing, optimize CRM/BI/Jira tech stack, standardize customer lifecycles and campaign launches, and create operational systems to scale revenue and reduce churn.
