The Controller leads corporate and property-level accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, tax compliance, and month-end through year-end close processes. The role supervises the accounting team, ensures GAAP compliance, supports owner and lender requests, manages financial policies and risk reduction, and partners with executive leadership on budgets, benchmarks, and strategic business decisions.
