Manage and coordinate production and post-production deliverables for the Independent Lens PBS series. Track and review film assets (transcripts, cue sheets, captions), maintain project records in Facilis/NetSuite/Google Drive, update Asana workflows, communicate timelines with internal teams, filmmakers, vendors, and PBS, and support administrative tasks, meetings, and occasional travel.
