Manage finance operations at a high-volume Audi dealership, presenting and closing finance, lease, and protection products; structuring compliant deals; managing lenders, DMV documentation, and funding. Step in as sales desk manager to structure deals, coach consultants, manage floor coverage, and close transactions. Maintain strong PVR, product penetration, complete documentation, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination between sales and finance.

Manage the dealership loaner fleet: assign, check out/in, inspect, clean, fuel, and document vehicles. Process loaner agreements, verify insurance, track overdue vehicles, maintain DMS records, coordinate with service advisors, and support service drive staging and guest communication.

Sell Land Rover vehicles by welcoming guests, understanding their needs, presenting products, conducting test drives, maintaining a CRM pipeline, following up consistently, and collaborating with finance and management. The role requires meeting monthly sales targets while delivering a transparent, hospitality-focused experience. Automotive experience is not required because paid brand and product training is provided. Consultants must represent the luxury brand professionally, stay current on vehicle and EV/PHEV features, and build lasting customer relationships.

Build relationships with automotive guests, guide them through Toyota vehicles and test drives, explain product value, manage follow-up through CRM, collaborate with finance and management, meet monthly sales targets, and maintain high guest satisfaction. Automotive sales experience is preferred, while hospitality and other guest-facing backgrounds are welcomed.

Guide guests through the full car sales process with product demos, test drives, pricing and financing explanations, CRM tracking, follow-up, negotiation with integrity, and partnership with Finance to ensure smooth deliveries while meeting dealership standards.
