Lead Peregrine's expansion into new markets and verticals by sourcing, developing, and structuring strategic business development and partnership opportunities. Work with the CEO to cultivate executive relationships, design pilots and proofs-of-concept, translate product value into executive narratives, and coordinate internal teams to deliver measurable operational outcomes and scale successful engagements.

Lead high-impact product design initiatives across a large AI-enabled public safety data platform. Conduct user research, craft end-to-end interactions and visual design, collaborate with design, engineering, and leadership to define product strategy, contribute to design systems, and deliver polished, user-centered solutions for field users.

Lead design and execution of total rewards strategy, build scalable compensation, benefits, HR systems, and people operations for rapid growth. Create job architecture, equity and benchmarking programs, workforce analytics, and dashboards. Partner with executives and board on compensation, hire and develop a team of rewards and HR systems experts, and ensure operational excellence and culture-aligned programs.

Design and build control plane and automation systems to provision and manage network connectivity at scale. Extend APIs and self-service networking, automate infrastructure workflows across AWS and customer environments using Python, Terraform and Pulumi, and lead debugging of complex connectivity and distributed system issues.

Lead content strategy and produce deep, original educational assets that translate complex technical and governance topics for diverse audiences. Collaborate with SMEs to build authoritative, structured content optimized for human readers and AI answer engines, and establish scalable, AI-native production workflows while maintaining accuracy and voice.

Lead product deployments and customer impact delivery for an AI-enabled platform. Identify operational workflows, build data models and pipelines, write code to integrate data, and partner with customer executives to solve mission-critical problems. Ensure high-quality, rapid delivery in complex public-sector environments while feeding product and sales insights back to the organization.

Build and own large, scalable backend and frontend features enabling secure, cross-organizational collaboration. Design permission systems, data-sharing controls, and secure collaboration frameworks. Work cross-functionally with product, design, and deployment teams, ship production-grade code, and iterate with users to solve complex, high-scale data ingestion and real-time collaboration problems.

Lead technical positioning and messaging for the platform (data unification, entity resolution, AI grounding). Create a technical content library (whitepapers, architecture briefs, security/compliance, AI substantiation), build competitive technical sales tools, and contribute technical proof points for product launches while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Sales.

Architect and build core data governance systems (fine-grained permissions, auditability, policy enforcement, metadata, labeling, compliance) for a multi-tenant platform. Drive projects end-to-end with Product, balance security and usability, own large components, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, secure handling of billions of data points.

Lead and scale Peregrine's core platform: define technical direction, build and manage large engineering teams, ensure resilience, observability, and production readiness, enable product teams to ship faster, and establish platform operating models and practices across cloud and AI infrastructure.
