It requires independent prioritization, in-person availability, event leadership, spatial awareness, and professional supervision of a team of more than 10 student workers.

Designs print and digital marketing materials for professional engagement programs and events, adhering to institutional brand and accessibility guidelines. Supports event setup, signage, check-in, A/V equipment, guest assistance, and breakdown. Provides in-office administrative coordination, organizes physical and digital assets, tracks project deadlines, and supports students, employers, alumni, campus partners, and visitors.
