Serves as Empowered Official, manages export authorizations and international shipping reviews, advises leadership, interfaces with regulators, supports audits and M&A, investigates disclosures, delivers training, and supervises global trade personnel. Requires extensive ITAR, EAR, defense services, licensing, government systems, and DoD-related compliance experience.
