Execute and maintain manual and automated tests, build automated scripts with Selenium/Cypress/Playwright, perform exploratory/regression/smoke testing, report reproducible bugs, collaborate with developers, and improve QA processes.

Provide first-line remote IT support: triage and resolve tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software/connectivity across Windows and macOS, manage AD and Microsoft 365 accounts, support VPN/DNS/TCP-IP networking, maintain knowledge base documentation, and escalate complex issues with context.

Build and maintain React UI components, implement responsive designs, fix bugs, improve features, and participate in code reviews and team standups in a small remote, product-focused team.
