Serve as primary customer contact across phone, email, and live chat; answer product questions, assist with orders, tracking, returns, and loyalty programs; resolve complaints, document interactions, and provide feedback to improve products and service.

Manage financial transactions and ledgers, reconcile bank accounts, process accounts payable/receivable, generate financial reports, assist with budgeting and forecasting, ensure compliance with tax and financial policies, coordinate with external accountants, and maintain organized financial records.

Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, communications handling, filing, travel and expense coordination, event support, office supply management, and cross-departmental assistance to maintain operational efficiency.
