Leads the global legal function, managing a seven-person team and advising senior executives. Responsibilities include IPO readiness, corporate governance across approximately 50 global entities, legal department modernization, AI and legal technology implementation, process development, outside counsel management, and practical risk-focused business guidance. Own and scale the company’s global privacy and data protection program. Advise product, engineering, sales, marketing, security, and executives on privacy laws, data transfers, DPAs, AI governance, security commitments, incident response, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include negotiating healthcare, technology, data use, vendor, and strategic partnership agreements; advising on Anti-Kickback, Stark Law, HIPAA, FDA, physician arrangement, and AI-related issues; supporting corporate, employment, compliance, and governance matters; developing legal processes and playbooks; and managing outside counsel.
