Founding Growth Lead will own the full sales cycle for early customers, build repeatable growth playbooks (pricing, messaging, outbound), work directly with customers to feed product, establish relationships with security and compliance leaders, scale go-to-market motions, hire and manage a small sales/growth team, and own revenue and growth systems.

Build and own adaptive phishing simulations and real-time behavioral ingestion systems using LLMs. Design interfaces for security teams, ship full‑stack, scalable code, work with early customers, and make foundational architectural decisions.
