Manage fund and management company accounting for five funds: prepare quarterly/annual financial reports, valuations (409A, comparables, waterfalls), forecasts, capital calls/distributions, audits, investor inquiries, A/P, and support fundraising materials.

Provide front-desk and office management support: answer phones, greet guests, arrange meetings and refreshments, manage mail and supplies, liaise with vendors and building staff, coordinate lunches and events, assist with copying/scanning/filing and executive assistant support, and keep the office tidy.
