Provide general administrative support: cover administrative staff, assist Marketing and Office Manager, update opportunity/project information in Microsoft Dynamics, perform receptionist duties (greet visitors, answer phones), and complete special projects as needed.

Lead and perform forensic and structural engineering analyses, produce technical reports, manage projects (budget, schedule, staffing), mentor team members, develop client relationships, and support business development and quality assurance activities.

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership: manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and meetings, prepare communications and materials, handle confidential information, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and support special projects and executive initiatives with proactive problem-solving and strong organization.
