Provides courteous front desk reception for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Screens and registers visitors, answers phones, manages visitor passes, monitors security cameras and access control systems, responds to service calls and emergencies, documents incidents, completes reports, and supports the Security Department. Requires strong communication, judgment, attention to detail, computer literacy, crisis-management ability, and physical capacity to move throughout the school and assist individuals when needed.
