Lead daily accounting operations, including general ledger and bank reconciliations, cash reporting, inventory, tax compliance, financial statement analysis, audit support, and multi-state payroll journal entries. The role supports the Controller and CFO and requires advanced Excel, ERP, and payroll platform expertise.

Supports sales, business development, and fabrication teams through equipment take-offs, custom HVAC and fluid-handling engineering, technical submittals, and design documentation. Reviews construction plans and specifications, creates P&ID and 2D/3D project drawings, develops equipment control schemes, maintains NSF and UL compliance, participates in client and pre-production meetings, and conducts occasional job-site visits.

Drives market expansion and engineered equipment sales across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include securing new commercial accounts, managing sales from design through closing, interpreting construction bids, preparing technical proposals and quotations, maintaining Salesforce or NetSuite CRM data, presenting solutions, and monitoring competitors. The role requires extensive field engagement, HVAC and commercial construction expertise, customer relationship development, and territory travel.
