Maintain household organization, oversee cleaning and property services, manage repairs, and handle deliveries, returns, donations, and dry cleaning. The role requires discretion, proactive communication, independent judgment, hospitality, and exceptional follow-through.

Manage the principal’s personal, family, household, property, vendor, calendar, travel, event, inventory, vehicle, pet, and administrative needs. Research complex topics, compare providers, make recommendations, track projects through completion, coordinate contractors and household staff, support children and family logistics, and maintain organized systems. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, exceptional follow-through, proactive communication, and proficiency with digital and AI tools. It is remote four days weekly with one required on-site day in San Francisco.

Source and build a qualified household-support candidate pipeline within an assigned territory. Post jobs, research prospects, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate fit, document profiles in Notion, and maintain accurate records in Notion and Breezy ATS. Serve as candidates’ primary contact, provide timely communication, and collaborate with regional managers and hiring specialists to route strong candidates into active searches.

Recruit candidates and manage family-specific hiring searches, including sourcing, job postings, resume screening, interviews, scheduling, and candidate communications. Own a geographic territory by building and nurturing candidate supply. Support client outreach, sales, onboarding, check-ins, pipeline tracking, CRM updates, website content, and process administration while delivering a positive experience for families and candidates.
