Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Raiser's Edge donor database, monitor gift coding and new records, produce donor, financial, dashboard, and fundraising reports, reconcile gifts with Finance, generate mailing lists and acknowledgment letters, and establish database procedures and best practices. The role also coordinates data flow across software systems, supports development teams, and ensures confidential handling of donor information.

Manages annual fundraising strategies, donor acquisition and retention campaigns, appeals, stewardship, events, and donor communications. Analyzes fundraising data, cultivates donor relationships, supports grants and sponsorships, and coordinates development efforts across departments. Requires strong writing, organization, collaboration, CRM experience, and commitment to Catholic Charities East Bay’s mission.

Coordinates the full lifecycle of grants and contracts, including funding research, proposal preparation, reporting, compliance tracking, deliverable monitoring, contract renewals, and records maintenance. Collaborates with program, finance, analytics, leadership, funders, contractors, and community partners. Maintains grant calendars, reporting schedules, funding pipelines, contract files, and performance data while supporting audits, funding strategy, and organizational sustainability.

Creates and manages digital and print content across social media, email, newsletters, direct mail, websites, and advertising. Develops content strategies, calendars, captions, scripts, blogs, graphics, photos, and videos; maintains brand voice; manages online communities; tracks engagement and campaign metrics; identifies trends; prepares performance reports; and supports marketing, fundraising, and audience-growth goals. Travel to onsite and offsite video locations and events is required.

Provides administrative and client support for immigration legal services, including intake, appointment scheduling, data entry, payment processing, translations, document filing, case-file management, reporting, outreach, and follow-up communications. Maintains a small citizenship and deferred-action caseload, supports legal clinics and workshops, coordinates volunteers and interns, tracks deadlines, and assists with grant and program metrics. Requires collaboration with attorneys and accredited representatives, cultural competency, strong organization, and occasional travel between offices or to hearings and interviews.

Provides affirmative immigration representation before USCIS and related agencies, managing cases involving family-based immigration, naturalization, asylum, waivers, DACA, VAWA, U Visas, T Visas, and SIJS. Consults on complex cases, mentors legal staff, supports quality assurance, monitors legal developments, conducts trainings and community education, maintains resources and documentation, and assists with grants, accreditation, and program operations.
