Own end-to-end monthly commission calculations and validations across global GTM roles. Reconcile data from Salesforce, Workday, and other sources; build robust Excel models. Manage monthly workflows, stakeholder communications, and approvals. Troubleshoot exceptions, build forecast/scenario models, calculate new-hire quota proration, and document SOPs and audit trails. Lead and run Box's ISO AIMS (ISO 42001) certification program: create and assess AI governance, execute external audits, remediate control gaps, maintain auditor relationships, and align compliance across frameworks (ISO, PCI, SOC, NIST). Communicate compliance posture and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
