Owns Mercury’s new-hire onboarding, apprenticeship, and internship programs. Responsibilities include designing learning experiences, coordinating facilitators and cohorts, supporting managers and mentors, building AI-enabled systems and automation, analyzing feedback and data, and partnering with Recruiting, People Operations, and company leaders to improve emerging-talent programs.

Lead sales and relationship development across the startup and venture ecosystem. Win new business from founders, manage opportunities through close, build relationships with venture firms and accelerators, and host events that generate meaningful connections. This is a quota-carrying role with 25–30% travel to industry events.
