Build automation and internal platforms using Go, Python, Terraform, Kubernetes, and GitOps practices. Participate in global on-call and incident response, define SLIs and SLOs, improve observability, and drive post-incident reliability improvements. Collaborate across engineering teams, provide technical guidance and mentoring, support compliance readiness, and own reliability initiatives from design through production.

Build and manage highly available Kubernetes platforms on AWS. Responsibilities include Kubernetes and Helm platform creation, Terraform infrastructure automation, Karpenter scaling, Istio service mesh management, CI/CD enablement, incident response, security, compliance, monitoring, cost optimization, troubleshooting, and documentation. Own Okta’s authentication policy product strategy and roadmap, including the Policy Framework, Policy API, Auth Pipeline, and policy change management. Partner with engineering, design, customers, and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, launch, and adopt secure policy capabilities. Serve as the subject matter expert for customer escalations, executive briefings, and enterprise evaluations while tracking trends in adaptive authentication, risk-based access, and session security.

Own the Federations product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for Okta’s inbound and outbound identity federation capabilities. Partner with engineering, design, customers, standards teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, interoperable experiences using OAuth, OIDC, and SAML. Translate customer and platform needs into requirements, serve as a federation subject matter expert, support launches and adoption, and track industry trends and standards.

Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and commercialization of Okta’s identity security products, including threat protection, threat intelligence, SaaS security, and network security offerings. Partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, customers, and technical program managers to prioritize features, improve security outcomes, gather feedback, support go-to-market efforts, and define pricing and packaging. The role also requires executive influence, customer engagement, strategic project ownership, hiring, and mentoring product managers.

Build and scale growth marketing programs that attract, convert, and activate SaaS ISVs into the Okta Integration Network. Responsibilities include multi-channel acquisition, lifecycle nurturing, funnel experimentation, partner enablement, analytics, marketing automation, systems optimization, and lead enrichment. The role partners cross-functionally with Product, Marketing Operations, IT, Developer Relations, Partnerships, and Digital teams to grow ecosystem adoption and demonstrate business value.
