Build mutual success plans, guide AI and workflow implementations, demonstrate ROI to executive stakeholders, manage renewal risks, identify expansion opportunities, and partner with Solutions Consultants and Services teams. The role requires customer-facing discovery, technical fluency in configuring and troubleshooting Notion workflows, commercial awareness, and strong program and stakeholder management.
