Owner of Notion AI quality: design and iterate prompts and context strategies, analyze production data, build evals and metrics, evaluate/launch models with labs, and drive cross-functional quality improvements.

Build and scale core AI platform primitives and integrations to enable rapid, safe AI product development. Own infrastructure, shared libraries, APIs, observability, and reliability systems; operate production AI systems, debug provider/model behavior, and implement versioning, rollout controls, and quality gates to minimize user disruption.

Lead the IT SOX lifecycle and design technology controls (ITGC/ITAC), perform operational IT and cybersecurity audits across cloud, identity, DR, and third-party risk, drive remediation, advise on cross-functional initiatives and external audits, and champion AI/automation for continuous monitoring and testing.

Lead execution of customer support strategy to deliver scalable, high-value CX. Build operating frameworks, forecasting, analytics, and metrics (CSAT, FRT, churn).
