Lead Enterprise product marketing: develop positioning and messaging, partner with Product/Sales/Marketing, run AI-enabled GTM experiments, conduct market research and competitive analysis, create enterprise collateral, support strategic deals and enablement, and iterate on campaigns to drive pipeline.

Lead the marketing strategy and go-to-market for Novus, a new product for developers, focusing on community building, messaging, and acquisition strategies.

Lead design and delivery of customer training programs: qualify opportunities, coordinate onboarding and trainers, manage pre/post-training communications, collect feedback and metrics, improve course experience, scale processes and tooling, develop contributor network, and use data and AI-enabled workflows to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

Own strategic enterprise accounts across pre-sales, implementation, adoption, expansion, and technical escalation. Lead complex deployments, integrations, workshops, demos, training, and value-realization initiatives while connecting technical execution to retention, expansion, ROI, and business outcomes. Build playbooks, resolve ambiguous technical challenges, coach peers, use AI tools to improve workflows, and advise account teams and executives on technical strategy and account health.
