Own project plans, customer deliverables, KPIs, communications, and cross-functional coordination across Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Improve scalable services processes, manage high-visibility initiatives, communicate technical updates, and advocate for customers while ensuring high-quality delivery and satisfaction.

Supports global revenue operations through territory and quota planning, KPI reporting, performance analysis, dashboard development, AI-enabled workflow improvements, deal desk execution, CRM governance, and commercial process optimization. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, and Finance to improve productivity, data quality, and operational effectiveness.
