Lead analytical support for transaction managers executing commercial lease transactions. Build and QA financial models (NPV, IRR, cash flow), perform market and competitive research, develop proposals and strategic recommendations, support budgeting/forecasting, implement process improvements, and create executive presentations and BI visualizations (PowerBI/Tableau).
