Simplify architecture and infrastructure, improve performance and reliability, use AI-assisted development tools, mentor engineers through reviews and guidance, and collaborate with product and design. The role involves building and integrating a unified compliance platform supporting high-volume entity screening across private-market transactions.

Own global Workday Payroll and HCM configuration for 2,000+ employees. Manage payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, taxes, integrations, testing, releases, troubleshooting, documentation, and compliance. Partner with People, Payroll Operations, HRIS, and Integrations teams to translate business needs into scalable system configurations across the US, EMEA, and LATAM.
