Develop and execute product marketing strategy for OpenAI’s advertising business. Lead go-to-market strategy and operations for Security & Safety, translating policy, security, and safety requirements into operating models, launch plans, enablement, and scalable execution. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Policy, Legal, Security, Sales, Marketing, Data, and Customer Success to capture market needs, guide commercialization of cybersecurity capabilities, operationalize data-retention requirements, and inform product and policy decisions.

Build and operate infrastructure for large-scale AI model training and evaluation. Responsibilities include developing inference and grading platforms, optimizing GPU utilization and compute scheduling, diagnosing distributed-system bottlenecks, improving reliability and throughput, and creating self-service tooling, automated validation, and observability for researchers. The role requires ownership of open-ended infrastructure projects and close collaboration across research and engineering teams.

Design and build real-time and offline systems to detect and prevent harmful, deceptive, fraudulent, or policy-violating ads and advertiser behavior. Develop scalable risk-signal pipelines, model-serving, decision and enforcement systems, reviewer tooling, feedback loops, and integrity metrics. Partner with ML, product, safety, policy, and operations to integrate checks across ad retrieval, ranking, and serving while ensuring low latency, reliability, privacy, and operational rigor.

Drive B2B go-to-market strategy and growth initiatives across products, customer segments, and routes to market. Develop launch plans, KPIs, customer segmentation, commercialization models, pricing and packaging strategies, and operating plans. Conduct market and competitive research, analyze performance, provide product roadmap input, and coordinate execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Data Science, and Operations.

Lead and grow strategic Global Systems Integrator relationships (HCLTech, Wipro, Cognizant). Develop joint business plans, drive executive alignment, co-sell motions, pipeline generation, and partner-led deployments. Coordinate internal cross-functional teams, manage governance and performance reporting, enable partner capabilities through training and solutions, and represent OpenAI at executive meetings and industry events to accelerate enterprise AI adoption and revenue growth.
