Design and build scalable systems for launch readiness and feedback capture. Coordinate product launches across internal and third-party teams, create feedback loops to inform product and engineering, monitor post-launch performance, document standardized procedures, identify rollout risks and propose mitigations, and report actionable insights to drive product improvements.

Lead product discovery and development of AI-powered cyber defense tools. Work with security practitioners, researchers, and engineers to design, prototype, evaluate, and launch integrations and Codex workflows that improve detection, investigation, validation, and incident response while ensuring safety, auditability, and tenant isolation.

Lead and scale support operations by owning service health, partner/vendor management, automation programs, and governance. Drive capacity gains via organizational design, embed LLM-powered tools, partner with engineering and data teams, set standards, and replace one-off fixes with reusable systems to improve productivity, quality, and cost-to-serve.
