As a Connectivity Software Engineer, you'll design and optimize wireless connectivity solutions, implement features, troubleshoot protocols, and enhance performance across OpenAI's products.

Lead and operate OpenAIs Incidents & Escalations function: act as incident commander on-call, triage alerts, coordinate cross-functional responders, drive communications, run post-incident retrospectives, track corrective actions, improve playbooks and tooling, and build durable operating models to reduce repeat issues and improve readiness.

This role involves analyzing inference performance, building models, and optimizing systems for better latency and cost efficiency.

Manage day-to-day treasury operations (cash positioning, payments, bank admin, forecasting, reconciliations, FBAR) while designing and implementing scalable workflows, automation, AI-native processes, controls, SOPs, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation. Partner cross-functionally to improve data quality, exception detection, and operational readiness for new entities, M&A, and system changes.

Lead and execute high-priority go-to-market programs (product launches, sales plays, customer initiatives). Align cross-functional stakeholders, build operating cadences, create program plans and executive communications, use data-driven insights to prioritize and mitigate risks, and scale repeatable GTM processes to drive measurable business impact.

Hands-on senior technical leader responsible for architecture, implementation, launch, and operation of high-impact finance and supply-chain systems. Guides cross-team design decisions, establishes engineering standards (APIs, data contracts, testing, security, observability, lineage), advances AI-enabled engineering practices, mentors engineers, and partners with stakeholders to translate ambiguous needs into durable technical systems.

Manage design and implementation planning for ML acceleration chip hardware. Lead scheduling with strategic partners/vendors, coordinate internal resources, and drive cross-functional delivery from concept through data-center deployment.

Own and scale end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations including onboarding, provisioning, billing, reconciliations, and month-end close. Serve as operational owner for strategic accounts, embed automation/AI, build SOPs and controls, partner across Revenue Systems, Accounting, Product, and GTM, and establish KPIs and dashboards to ensure audit-ready, accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.

Lead and scale competitive intelligence by delivering executive-ready analyses, GTM enablement, pricing and product comparisons, and dashboards. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and leadership to turn market signals into strategic recommendations that influence roadmap, positioning, pricing, and sales execution.

Build and maintain end-to-end demo readiness and reusable demo systems: prototypes, LLM agents, integrations, synthetic data, reliability checks, and automation. Partner with GTM, Product, and Engineering to turn recurring customer needs into scalable demo assets, improve launch readiness, and uphold demo quality across accuracy, safety, and usability.
