Lead U.S. payroll execution and auditing in Workday, manage complex pay events (bonuses, relocations, severance, LOAs), reconcile benefits invoices against deductions, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to resolve payroll discrepancies.

Lead product quality across NPI to sustaining production for PCBA and system-level hardware. Drive DFx, failure analysis, CAPA/8D, reliability testing (ORT), quality KPIs, supplier management, and continuous manufacturing/process improvements across global contract manufacturers.
