Provides complex, confidential administrative support to executive leaders in Legal and Risk Services. Designs and leads end-to-end AI solutions across clinical, operational, and enterprise workflows. Partners with product, data science, engineering, cloud, and clinical teams to develop scalable architectures spanning data pipelines, models, MLOps, governance, monitoring, and EHR integration. Establishes standards for safety, reliability, observability, bias, and performance; guides build-versus-buy decisions and vendor integrations; creates reference architectures; and delivers measurable improvements in outcomes, efficiency, and user experience.

Leads enterprise-wide employee relations strategy across a complex healthcare system. Advises executives, leaders, and employees on investigations, performance management, conduct, grievances, discipline, conflict resolution, accommodations, crisis matters, and workforce transitions. Partners with HR, legal, compliance, risk, security, and communications teams; supports organizational restructuring; develops scalable practices and manager education; and uses workforce analytics to identify trends, mitigate risk, and improve workforce effectiveness.

Lead Sutter Health's AI governance program: set operating model and policies, manage a team of analysts, conduct high-complexity reviews, draft standards, prioritize AI use cases, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to integrate governance across model development and monitoring lifecycles.

Provide consultative employee relations support across multiple sites, advising leaders and employees on investigations, performance management, discipline, and workforce actions.
