Independently manage complex, high-value, multi-state Workers’ Compensation and occasional General Liability audits. Investigate disputes, interpret state-specific regulations and policy terms, reconcile audits for accuracy and compliance, and apply NCCI and WCIRB standards. The role also supports teammates, explains technical findings to customers and partners, and improves audit quality, efficiency, and processes.

Handles high-severity commercial general liability and casualty claims, including coverage analysis, litigation management, investigations, negotiations, reserves, mediations, and regulatory compliance. Communicates with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, medical professionals, and adjusters; identifies fraud and subrogation opportunities; provides claim guidance and escalates cases exceeding authority. Leads department roundtables and supports peers while meeting quality, performance, and financial security standards.
