Generate outbound leads for OpenSpace's SaaS platform through high-volume cold calling and prospecting. Qualify opportunities, meet demo/meeting quotas, partner with Account Executives, collect market data, and use sales automation tools to track progress and move opportunities through the sales process.

Lead design and implementation of computer vision systems for mapping, localization, image analysis, and 3D reconstruction on construction site data. Develop and optimize SLAM/SfM/VIO, deep learning perception models, and multi-modal approaches. Prototype, test, oversee datasets and collaborate with platform engineers to productionize scalable, robust solutions.

Own full enterprise sales cycle for strategic data center accounts, drive new logo acquisition, manage complex procurement and security reviews, build executive relationships, apply MEDDPICC-style methodology, maintain forecasts and pipeline, and partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to expand accounts.
