The VP, Corporate Executive Program will lead and expand a wealth planning platform for corporate executives, driving revenue and advisor engagement through specialized planning solutions.

Support regional marketing VPs by processing and qualifying leads, scheduling and coordinating client meetings, assisting throughout the sales cycle, preparing proposals, and handling post-close onboarding. Partner with sales leadership and central teams to manage pipeline and deliverables. Use CRM and financial planning tools and apply AI tools to improve productivity.

Coordinate and support investment-adviser and ERISA compliance programs, perform SEC filings (13H/13F), review GIPS and sales literature, assist Advisory Solutions compliance operations, document SOPs, drive process improvements, and use data analytics and AI tools to identify compliance risks and support reporting and control testing.

Provide operational leadership and portfolio accounting expertise for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. Design and deliver customized performance reporting, manage alternative and manual accounts in Orion/Addepar, troubleshoot complex discrepancies, build scalable UHNW reporting processes, and partner cross-functionally to support advisors and improve operations.

Administer and analyze variable advisor compensation, process semi-monthly payroll cycles, maintain compensation system and Salesforce dashboards, develop reporting and integration support for advisor team setups, communicate with advisors to resolve compensation questions, and recommend process or system improvements.
