The Head of Communications will create and lead ABTC's external communications strategy, manage media relations, and build investor trust while scaling the communications function.

The Product Engineer will build and scale tech solutions, improve operational processes, and develop user-centric tools for claimants and internal teams. Responsibilities include creating internal workbenches, portals, and data pipelines, as well as leading integrations and system migrations.

Build end-to-end consumer web and mobile features, from prototypes to production, integrating frontend interfaces with backend APIs and AI workflows. Collaborate with design, product, and platform teams to ensure quality, scalability, observability, and delightful user experiences while shaping early engineering culture and product development rhythms.

Provide front-line Tier 1 and 2 support to students and faculty for desktops, peripherals, lab printers, and software. Maintain and manage computer labs, printers/plotters, A/V equipment, and deployments. Perform hardware/software installation, patching, troubleshooting, and inventory management. Deliver in-person and remote support, document procedures, and provide user training and communications. Assist system administrators with testing and routine maintenance.

Run CAIS’s daily social presence: translate technical AI safety research into clear social copy, own content calendar and publishing strategy, engage and seed comment conversations, build an amplifier network of creators/clippers, perform social listening, and create a social playbook and scalable stack.

Lead day-to-day carwash and detailing operations, manage staff, implement processes, oversee procurement and inventory, analyze metrics to improve efficiency, enforce safety, control budgets, and maintain client and supplier relationships while performing hands-on tasks as needed.

Provide technical oversight for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems from preconstruction through closeout. Review and coordinate designs, support commissioning, manage submittals/RFIs/change orders, evaluate subcontractors, monitor construction progress, troubleshoot systems, and mentor project teams to ensure code-compliant, integrated MEP/FP system delivery.

Lead mechanical piping projects (plumbing, HVAC, process piping) from estimating through completion. Develop execution plans, enforce safety, manage budgets, schedules, procurement, billing, subcontractor invoices, and project reporting. Coordinate with execs, estimating, field teams, and stakeholders; represent the company in meetings and assume Project Engineer duties when needed.

Architect and build a scalable software and controls platform connecting illumination hardware, firmware, cloud infrastructure, and internal tooling. Define interfaces, communication layers, and subsystem boundaries; collaborate with firmware, hardware, data, and bioprocess teams; establish engineering practices, deploy cloud-connected services, and contribute hands-on across the stack while shaping long-term technical direction.

Manage integrated communications and storytelling across print, digital, and social channels. Serve as managing editor for the semi-annual magazine, oversee editorial calendar and newsletters, coordinate vendors, create and edit content, support Advancement and Admissions communications, train content owners, monitor comms inbox, and provide event support to promote school initiatives and engagement.
