Configure and improve AI agents for enterprise procurement workflows. Translate customer requirements into prompts, rules, and configurations; test edge cases; investigate unexpected AI behavior; and refine solutions. Work directly with customers to clarify needs, build reusable templates, and share insights with product and engineering teams. The role emphasizes precise writing, problem-solving, technical curiosity, rapid learning, and ownership rather than prior software engineering or AI experience.

Own full-cycle recruiting for critical go-to-market and cross-functional roles, including sourcing passive candidates, advising executives, managing interview processes, and delivering a strong candidate experience. Maintain the recruiting technology stack and ATS data, use analytics to forecast hiring progress, manage agencies, coordinate searches, mentor junior recruiting staff, and support employer brand, referrals, and talent communities.

Own customer onboarding and implementation for enterprise accounts, support pre-sales demos, optimize Zendesk and Salesforce processes, drive adoption and product feedback, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to deliver ongoing customer value.

Sell Levelpaths AI procurement SaaS to enterprise customers by managing full sales cycle from prospecting and demos to negotiation and close. Build stakeholder relationships, perform discovery, forecast pipeline, and collaborate with product, solutions, and customer success to drive adoption and inform product. Help scale go-to-market processes and represent customer needs internally.
