Lead discovery and market-entry for new home- and field-service verticals. Conduct customer research, size and prioritize opportunities, define product wedges, write specs, recruit design partners, and coordinate launches with sales, CS, and marketing to measure outcomes and iterate.

Own and build customer enablement end-to-end for contractors: design training, job aids, videos, in-product guidance, and certification programs to drive adoption. Use AI tools to analyze friction, iterate content, and ensure customers go live and gain value without on-site assistance.

Own end-to-end U.S. payroll administration via Rippling, ensure multi-state payroll tax compliance, reconcile payroll to the general ledger, support customer billing and subscription changes, manage Brex card administration, and partner on month-end close and year-end tax filings (W-2/1099).
