Build and maintain the company’s data warehouse, ELT/ETL pipelines, data models, metric definitions, dashboards, reporting, and data quality governance. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to answer strategic questions and enable data-driven decisions. This role is the company’s first data hire and will establish the foundational analytics architecture and practices.

Own high-volume customer implementations from kickoff through launch, including account configuration, hands-on training, office hours, and early identification of stalled accounts. Maintain clear account documentation for Customer Success, refine training materials based on user feedback, and share product insights with Product and Customer Success. The role supports mid-market construction customers and requires strong organization, communication, and comfort training non-technical field users.

Own project and release coordination across engineering and customer-facing teams. Maintain accurate Linear or Jira ticket statuses, verify bug fixes, coordinate with engineers, identify risks and delays, and create clear launch communications. Build release checklists that involve marketing, customer success, sales, and customers. Serve as the escalation point for disagreements about whether issues are resolved. The role is based onsite in San Francisco.

Owns the first 45 days of new customer relationships, including scoping launch plans, configuring accounts, leading kickoff and training sessions, driving initial workflow adoption, resolving blockers, documenting customer information, and completing formal handoffs to Customer Success. The role manages 10+ concurrent implementations and helps build a repeatable onboarding process for construction technology customers.

Maintain and troubleshoot outbound sales stack (Trellus, HubSpot, Lemlist, Gmail). Manage campaign setup, data hygiene, dialer routing, inbox provisioning, deduping, and reporting. Serve as first-line support for SDRs/AEs, document configurations, and pull prospecting lists and ad-hoc reports.

The Product Manager will oversee product road map development, collaborate with the CEO, engineering, UI/UX, marketing and sales, and understand customer workflows to ensure product success.

Own marketing-sourced pipeline and coordinate integrated B2B demand-generation campaigns across paid, content, events, social, and partnerships. Track MQL-to-SQO conversion, improve lead routing and attribution with GTM and marketing operations, define nurture strategies, manage channel mix, and identify new growth opportunities. The role partners closely with Sales and channel teams and is accountable for pipeline performance against targets.

Own and scale Bobyard’s revenue operations function across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance. Design the end-to-end GTM architecture, unify CRM and billing systems, build forecasting and revenue intelligence, optimize territories and resources, prevent revenue leakage, and improve conversion and retention. This hands-on player-coach role also manages deal desk, quota and compensation processes, establishes foundational workflows, and provides strategic direction during the company’s Series A growth stage.

Owns ambiguous, high-impact business initiatives from evaluation through execution, including new trade launches, acquisitions, pricing, and new business lines. Builds market and financial models, makes recommendations to leadership, works directly with contractors and internal teams, and converts successful projects into repeatable operating playbooks. The role may eventually assume responsibility for a business-line P&L and general management.

Build and operate recruiting infrastructure, including automated candidate sourcing, LLM-assisted screening, Ashby ATS integrations, funnel analytics, and internal dashboards. The role connects sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, and reporting tools to scale recruiting pipelines while maintaining quality and improving hiring outcomes.
