Mentor junior engineers and contribute to medium-to-large capital project execution, plant-network security, and development of the internal engineering team.

Support the design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pilot plant equipment and refining systems. Translate process requirements into mechanical designs and equipment modifications, maintain engineering documentation, improve reliability and maintainability, and collaborate with process engineers and R&D scientists. Travel to company sites for project support, startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Build and deploy full-stack software supporting engineering, construction, and operation of mineral processing facilities. Develop Autodesk integrations, internal web applications, software ecosystem evaluations, and LLM-powered experiences. Collaborate with ML engineers on data architecture and pipelines supporting model training and facility operations visibility. Partner directly with engineering, construction, operations, and other non-software stakeholders to identify needs, scope features, and drive implementation across the technology stack.

Owns systems administration, infrastructure implementation, networking, identity, device management, licensing, backup and disaster recovery across corporate, field, and industrial sites. The role builds IT processes, security controls, incident response, change management, help desk operations, and hardware lifecycle programs. It also coordinates managed service providers, supports complex user and site issues, mentors junior staff, and collaborates with engineering, HR, and on-site stakeholders. Approximately 25% travel is required.

Develop autonomy software for mining vehicles, including perception, SLAM, motion planning, control, sensor fusion, localization, and mapping. Integrate LiDAR, cameras, radar, IMU, and GNSS while building embedded real-time systems. Create simulation, logging, and data pipelines, and validate autonomy software through bench, rig, and field testing. Collaborate with hardware, controls, and systems engineers to deliver safe, reliable vehicle autonomy.
