Lead IT operations and strategy for enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, networks, servers, and business applications. Ensure 24/7 production support, implement monitoring and security, manage maintenance/patching/backups, document inventories and processes, coordinate cross-site support, recommend technology improvements, and recruit/lead IT staff while prioritizing and delivering multiple projects.

Provide administrative and technical support to Account Managers and Agents for commercial lines accounts: process COIs and endorsements, maintain policy documentation in the AMS, support renewals, handle client inquiries, and ensure compliance with agency and state requirements.

Manage a book of commercial lines accounts, provide day-to-day client service, answer policy/coverage questions, market and quote new business and renewals, work with carrier underwriters and rating portals, and advise clients on risk management.

Lead full-lifecycle customer implementations and internal initiatives, managing project plans, schedules, scope, resources, risks, change control, stakeholder communication, and support handoffs. Provide SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite functional analysis while coordinating engineering, support, product, and global customer teams. Ensure quality assurance, milestone reviews, acceptance processes, and consistent project standards.

Lead full-lifecycle SAP-focused implementations for strategic customers, manage project plans, schedules, scope, and risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, serve as primary customer contact, track resources and report status, ensure QA and milestone acceptance, and drive handoffs from Professional Services to Support.

Responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expanding enterprise accounts by selling data-centric security software. Tasks include prospecting, developing pipeline, consulting with VP/C-level executives, responding to RFPs, building partner/GSI relationships, managing complex sales cycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and closing contracts with F2000 technology and semiconductor firms.

Manage and service a ~$3M commercial book: handle renewals end-to-end, process certificates, manage endorsements and policy servicing, act as primary client contact, support new and existing business, and maintain account records in AMS360 while coordinating with carriers and internal teams.
