Design backend architecture, implement durable workflow orchestration, productionize agentic LLM applications, and build RAG/search pipelines. Work directly with founders, brokers, and customers to iterate and deploy AI-driven automation and customer-facing products.

Lead go-to-market at an AI-native commercial insurance startup: own partnerships, events, outbound, direct sales, and hiring BDRs. Run data-driven experiments, convert customers, and build scalable growth motions alongside founders to drive revenue and expand verticals.

Own end-to-end commercial insurance sales from first conversation to bound policy, using an in-house AI platform for coverage analysis and automated submission packages. Drive relationships and client advisory while leveraging automation to accelerate submissions and reduce manual work. Collaborate with engineering to improve tools, scale a book of business, and contribute to company culture and operations as an early hire.
