Build creator relationships, ambassador and referral programs, community events, and growth initiatives that drive advocacy, distribution, user acquisition, revenue, and product adoption. Partner with Product and Marketing on launches, early access, testing, creator feedback, and content generation while developing the Bay Area creator network.

Lead and own OpenArt's video creative vision across short-form social, music videos, and brand stories. Direct and edit projects end-to-end, collaborate with product and marketing, use AI content tools hands-on, and raise creative standards across the company's video output.

Design end-to-end UX for OpenArt products, map user journeys, create wireframes and prototypes (Figma), collaborate with product, engineering, and research, anticipate edge cases, and translate user research into intuitive, polished interfaces that make AI-powered creativity accessible.

Own paid creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and other channels. Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, briefs, and ad copy; build creative testing frameworks; analyze performance data; and turn insights into new creative hypotheses. Partner with creators, influencers, designers, editors, and growth teams to produce and scale high-performing paid social content, including UGC, product demos, static, and motion ads.
