Establish deployment tracking, reporting, governance, and escalation processes while mitigating infrastructure and service risks across global data center deployments.

Own Azure and Microsoft 365 platform architecture, landing zones, governance, DevOps standards, reliability, security, and compliance automation. Lead and mentor DevOps engineers, establish infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices, define monitoring and SRE standards, manage escalations and technical debt, and communicate platform risks and decisions to executives and stakeholders. The role also manages vendor relationships and supports audit readiness for SOX and ISO 27001.

Leads integrated capacity and S&OP planning for AI Cloud data centers, connecting customer demand, hardware supply, supplier commitments, site capacity, deployment schedules, and capital planning.
