Source and maintain qualified talent pipelines, coordinate recruiting events and external partnerships, manage recruiting and interviewing processes across departments, implement hiring and onboarding systems, and represent the company’s brand. The role partners with hiring managers and interview teams, negotiates offers, explains pre-IPO equity, and supports recruiting best practices while maintaining confidentiality and urgency.

Maintain and improve stable, secure systems; monitor servers and resources; resolve incidents; perform security audits, patching, upgrades, tuning, and optimization. Configure employee workstations, provide basic technical support, provision accounts, and manage Google Apps groups. Research automation opportunities and support scalable infrastructure, including occasional evening and weekend response.
