Travel up to 20% for on-sites and retreats.

Own delivery of customer configurations and home plans into the Higharc platform. Translate and validate plans and configurations, track milestones, triage and document product issues, serve as daily builder contact, and support on-site customer visits. Grow into leading lower-complexity accounts while ensuring high accuracy and timely execution.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as a liaison between homebuilder workflows and Higharc's platform, leading discovery sessions, shaping solutions, delivering demonstrations, and supporting post-sale onboarding while tailoring messaging for different stakeholders.

The Customer Adoption Manager will lead strategy and initiatives for customer adoption in the homebuilding sector, driving operational changes and managing relationships with high-value clients.
