Lead and scale a mid-market sales organization as a player-coach: close strategic deals, coach AEs and BDRs, build repeatable sales processes and forecasting, manage pipeline and CRM hygiene, recruit and develop talent, partner cross-functionally, and leverage AI and modern sales tools to drive growth. Build and maintain large-scale backend systems and AI inference pipelines to transform user feedback into product insights.
