Manage end-to-end corporate tax compliance and planning: prepare and review federal and multi-state returns, own ASC 740 provision, coordinate external advisors, support audits, advise on domestic and international tax issues, build tax processes and tooling, and partner cross-functionally on equity, payroll tax, and intercompany matters.

Lead IJM's global donor and audience insights by developing segmentation, motivation models, and behavioral analysis to guide marketing and fundraising strategy.
