Own Phonely’s voice AI product from customer discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration. Own full-cycle enterprise sales for voice AI solutions to call-center operators. Source pipeline from an existing network and outbound, lead discovery with Ops/Revenue/CX/technical stakeholders, manage pilots/POCs, drive deal process (ROI, security, procurement), and partner with Solutions/CS. Represent the company at events and capture product feedback.

Work with founders to create growth-focused short-form video and written content for LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts. Edit and optimize video, write captions and hooks, design visuals in Canva/Figma, maintain posting cadence, cover launches and news, and analyze performance to inform strategy.
