Build OpenArt’s enterprise AI platform for teams and organizations. Responsibilities include developing workspaces, RBAC, SSO/SAML, audit logging, usage-based billing, invoicing, payment integrations, scalable APIs, multi-tenant architecture, and polished React/Next.js administration experiences. The role also involves improving security, data isolation, reliability, and SOC 2 groundwork; partnering with founders, sales, and customers; making infrastructure decisions; and establishing enterprise engineering practices as the first hire.

Own enterprise product strategy and execution for advertisers, filmmakers, creative studios, and production companies. Lead collaboration tooling, admin controls, permissions, audit logs, compliance, enterprise billing, and GenAI creative improvements. Partner with sales, engineering, design, and leadership to translate customer needs into requirements and roadmap priorities. Conduct enterprise user discovery, coordinate across product teams, and deliver complex products end to end in a fast-moving environment.

Lead OpenArt’s SEO and AEO strategy across Google and AI assistants, owning organic growth, technical SEO, content production, authority building, measurement, and revenue impact. Manage and coach a distributed SEO team while remaining hands-on with audits, briefs, data analysis, AI-assisted publishing, and difficult content clusters. Build scalable AI-powered production systems, improve AI discovery and citations, partner with engineering on technical priorities, and direct link acquisition.

Own OpenArt’s B2B growth engine and enterprise pipeline across paid acquisition, ABM, content, funnel measurement, attribution, and AI-native marketing operations. Lead channel strategy, campaign optimization, editorial planning, buyer-journey content, incrementality testing, and reporting tied to qualified opportunities, pipeline, and revenue. Partner with sales, product marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and creative teams while building programs from the ground up.

Own a high-velocity, full-cycle sales motion for growth and emerging accounts, closing 30–50 annual deals valued at $10,000–$50,000. Responsibilities include inbound and outbound prospecting, rapid qualification, expansion selling, usage-signal pipeline development, and partnering with Customer Success to drive customer consumption. The role also contributes feedback on packaging, pricing, and product improvements.

Build and own marketing measurement, experimentation, attribution, dashboards, and insights across paid, influencer, UGC, and lifecycle channels. Analyze CAC, ROAS, payback, cohorts, LTV, campaign performance, and incrementality.
