The Senior Manager of Marketing Operations will own Decagon's marketing systems and processes, driving reliable lead management and performance reporting while collaborating with multiple departments to improve campaign execution and data governance.

Negotiate, draft, and close high-volume enterprise commercial agreements (SaaS, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, partner/reseller). Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Security, and Finance to balance legal risk and business outcomes. Build contracting processes, policies, CLM integrations, and legal playbooks to scale operations and accelerate revenue while protecting the company.

Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling for GTM roles, ensure a white-glove candidate experience, communicate with candidates and stakeholders, track timelines/SLAs, identify process improvements, and leverage recruiting tools and AI to streamline operations.

Lead and scale technical enablement programs for Solutions Engineering and technical post-sales teams, develop playbooks, certifications, training, and AI-enabled tooling, partner cross-functionally, run GTM events, and optimize enablement systems and demo environments to improve ramp and field productivity.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM teams: partner with company leaders and co-founders, source and close top talent, optimize interview processes for speed and efficiency, and meet aggressive hiring goals in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Act as strategic HRBP for Sales and Customer orgs: advise leaders on org design, workforce and comp planning, performance management, and employee relations; build HRBP playbooks and operating model; coach managers, use people data to flag risks, lead change initiatives, and scale HRBP capabilities globally.

Provide high-impact administrative support to multiple executives: manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and events, act as central communication point, prepare meeting materials and notes, track follow-ups and team budgets, assist with personal logistics, and help run onboarding and culture activities in a fast-paced startup.

Design, implement, and productionize conversational AI models and pipelines to improve instruction following, retrieval, memory, and long-horizon task completion.
